DESCRIPTION
DIPLOFOAM TG21 is a high foaming, multi-metal safe, mildly alkaline degreaser suitable for use on all* surfaces in the food industry.
The proprietary blend of biodegradable detergents and emulsifiers is designed for foam-cleaning as well as the manual degreasing of equipment, work surfaces, floors, and walls.
DIPLOFOAM TG21 provides rapid penetration and removal of tough grime, fats and oil-based soils.
BENEFITS AND ADVANTAGES
• DIPLOFOAM TG21 is suitable for all manual and foam cleaning applications in all aspects of the food industry.
• Optimum cleaning and degreasing properties.
• Food-safe.
• Stable foam allows for extended contact time.
• With the aid of a low-pressure foam applicator DIPLOFOAM TG21 produces long lasting foam to ensure a maximum contact time for the effective cleaning of vertical and difficult to reach surfaces.
• Free rinsing thus less water is used in the post-cleaning rinsing process.
• Multi-metal safe; including stainless steel, non-ferrous metals*, painted and epoxy-coated surfaces. (Observe directions for use).
• Will not harm biological fat trap treatments.

TO USE
Do not mix DIPLOFOAM TG21 with other chemicals.
• Wear appropriate PPE when using product.
• General manual cleaning: Apply 1 – 4 % (v/v) solution (10 - 40ml per litre) of DIPLOFOAM TG21 in preferably warm water. Soak, brush and allow sufficient contact time before rinsing off with potable water.
• Heavy soiled surfaces: Apply solutions up to 8% (v/v).
• Low pressure foam cleaning: Use 3 - 6% (v/v) DIPLOFOAM TG21 depending on the degree of soiling, allow sufficient contact time before rinsing with clean potable water.
• Note* exercise caution when using on non-ferrous metal surfaces; test in an innocuous area before use, observe recommended concentrations <4% (v/v), do not allow the solution to dry on the surface.
• Always rinse after use.
