GENERAL DESCRIPTION
DIPLOFOAM-Q is a high foaming liquid detergent-disinfectant for foam sanitizing of environmental and hard-to-reach surfaces and equipment in the food industry.

DIPLOFOAM-Q is suitable for use in most aspects of the food industry such as breweries, wine, juice and beverage, meat and fish processing, packhouses, etc.
• The detergency build into DIPLOFOAM-Q has a strong degreasing action for broad range environmental cleaning.
• Designed primarily for use with a foaming unit where the clinging foam produced ensures good surface contact for excellent cleaning and disinfection on vertical and inaccessible surfaces.
• Based on dual quaternary ammonium chlorides, DIPLOFOAM-Q is effective against gram positive bacteria, yeasts, fungi, algae and some varieties of gram negative bacteria.
• DIPLOFOAM-Q can be used for manual application.

TO USE
Do not mix with other chemicals.
DIPLOFOAM-Q is effective as disinfectant from 1.5% - 2.0% (v/v) solutions.
Foam application with a low-pressure foamer and appropriate nozzle: use 2.0% -3.0% (v/v) solution of DIPLOFOAM-Q in fresh water (20 - 50ml per litre water) depending on the degree of soiling and the required foam density.
• Allow 5 – 20 minutes contact time. (Do not allow the solution to dry on the surface.)
• Rinse with fresh potable water.
Manual application: use 1.5% - 3.0 % (v/v) solution of DIPLOFOAM-Q (15 – 30ml per litre water) depending on the degree of soiling and the required foam density.
• Soak / wash until clean allowing 5 – 20 minutes contact time.
• Rinse with potable water.
 
CAUTION
Irritant, avoid contact with skin & eyes.
Use PPE when handling.
We recommend that QAC-containing products are not suitable for use in dairies.
