GENERAL DESCRIPTION
DIPLOFOAM-K is a liquid, high foaming chlor-alkali detergent formulated for used in the food industry for the environmental cleaning of equipment; either by manual or foam application. The combination of chlor-alkali and additives produces excellent cleaning results of soils encountered in food processing plants.
The detergent used in DIPLOFOAM-K provides high foam when used manually and generates a dense long-cling foam to surfaces, including vertical surfaces, equipment, pipelines, etc. when applied by means of a foamer.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Appearance: Slight viscous liquid
Colour: Hazy, straw
Odour: Mild chlorine
Foam: High foaming
Activity (1% solution): Ca. 200ppm chlorine
 
TO USE
Do not mix with other chemicals. Wear full face shield, suitable safety gloves and plastic apron when using DIPLOFOAM-K.
With the aid of a low-pressure foam applicator DIPLOFOAM-K produces long lasting foam, thus ensuring maximum contact time for the effective cleaning of vertical surfaces and difficult to reach, inaccessible areas. Rinsing is required.

MANUAL CLEANING
Apply 1 - 4 % (v/v) [10-40ml per lt] solution of DIPLOFOAM-K in warm water <45oC, allow sufficient contact time before rinsing with potable water.

FOAM CLEANING
Apply 3% - 5% (v/v) [30-50ml per lt] in water by means of a low pressure foamer depending on the degree of soiling and the required foam density. Allow 5 – 15 minutes before rinsing the surfaces with clean potable water. Do not allow the solution to dry on the surface before rinsing.
